I'm interested in talking about why we live with them in the first place and what that relationship reveals about us.
What does it mean to share your life with another species? How do we think it all started and where is this evolutionary relationship headed next?
What do dogs experience as they navigate our increasingly complicated human world?
What can they teach us about communication, stress, boundaries, freedom, attachment, trust, and connection?
And what happens when we stop asking, “How do I get my dog to “fill in the blank”? and start asking, “What's happening here?”
That's the territory I'm exploring with The Quiet Howl.

I'm looking for curious humans open to sharing and exploring dogs, wolves, and our lives alongside them.
I'm interested in your unique perspective, your stories, and the questions that keep you curious.
You don't need to be a dog trainer or behavior professional. .
Maybe you are a veterinarian, trainer, or breeder.
Maybe you’re rescue worker, volunteer or foster.
Maybe you’re a researcher, writer or advocate.
Maybe you’re simply a life long dog lover who has spent a lot of time with canine companions.
The conversations are informal and intentionally unscripted.
More like sitting down over coffee than a typical podcast interview. I'll come with a few questions or prompts for us to think on beforehand, but we'll follow the conversation wherever it wants to go.
Sometimes the most interesting conversations are the ones where neither person knows exactly where they're headed.
